Online Subscription Customer agrees that access and use of provided UserID(s) and Password(s) will be for one individual only per subscription and that UserIDs and Passwords will be kept confidential and that any unauthorized use or dissemination of UserIDs and/or Passwords will immediately result in suspension of subscription without refund of any remaining unused subscription. Online Subscription and Library on CD Customers agree that use of the Library is subject to the terms of the standard license agreement for the subscription and that all information contained in the CompGeo Online Professional Forecast Library is Proprietary and Confidential with reproduction or distribution beyond internal use being strictly prohibited. Search Agent Software is provided as a free supplement to Subscription with companion CD orders. ICT/Clayton Wallis provides free support for online Subscriptions, CD data and Software for the term of the subscription. Free support via email and web based support forms are available to subscribers and/or CD licensees for the term of the subscription. Data and Software Updates are the only responsbility of ICT/Clayton Wallis to the customer wherein any service and/or software issues are concerned. Subscriptions cannot be terminated prior to the end of the Subscription Term and CDs are not returnable.
